This page showcases the Maney portfolio of materials science publications. Together they form an impressive collection of highly regarded, peer reviewed journals covering both niche and general topics in materials science and engineering. Coverage ranges from fundamental research to engineering application and from the extraction and refining of minerals to the characterisation, processing and fabrication of materials and their performance in service.   In 2001 Maney became the official publisher to the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM³) and has since developed a leading international materials science and engineering journal portfolio. The journals are truly international in authorship and readership. In addition to the IOM3, Maney works closely with materials-centred institutes and societies in Australia, Japan, Europe and the USA.   In 2007, Maney launched a brand new journal in partnership with the IOM³. Tribology - Materials, Surfaces & Interfaces will focus on the nature of tribochemical, tribophysical and tribocorrosion reactions and will meet the needs of both academic and industrial researchers. From 2007, Maney will also publish Materials Technology and Materials Research Innovations - two further additions to Maney's growing list of titles in the field of materials science and engineering. These titles were formerly published by Matrice Technology.   These journals also form part of our MORE (Maney Online Research E-journals) Materials Science and Engineering Collection, available both in print with online, and in online-only format to consortia groups and multi-site subscribers as well as single institutions.
